we keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces, and it's always worth asking.
What you bring stays between us, with a few specific exceptions we'll go through with you upfront — the standard limits any clinical psychologist works to.
Weekday evening and Saturday slots, online or in person — and easy to switch between as things shift week to week.
We check in every few sessions to see how the work is landing, whether anything needs adjusting, and whether therapy is still the right thing for where you are.
Brief messages between sessions are welcome for the practical stuff — rescheduling, or a quick note about something you'd like to bring next time. For anything urgent involving safety, we'll always make sure you know where to get the right support.
